Privacy
Draft policy — to be reviewed against Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) before launch.
- Account and business details, approved knowledge/products, scheduling names and phone numbers, appointment/request status, usage and audit records are stored to operate the service. Ordinary website chat messages may also be stored.
- Tenant access controls restrict business records to authorized members. Legal/pastoral appointment and enquiry views are owner-restricted, but related access controls still require security review before confidential use. Do not submit confidential narratives, case documents or counselling details.
- AI-enabled ordinary website chats may be processed by an AI service. Legal/pastoral free-text enquiries are redirected to direct professional contact without a model call and without retaining the narrative as a chat message. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
- Ask your business team to record an access, correction or deletion request. The business owner must verify identity, review scope and legal holds, and confirm approved execution. Request tracking does not automatically delete records or backups.
- The configured default chat-retention period is 12 months, with scheduled cleanup. Current cleanup execution and backup retention still require operational verification; this is not a promise that every backup copy is erased after 12 months. Businesses can ask for a shorter period.
- WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, booking email/SMS, push and payments are NOT CONNECTED. No delivery, payment or legal-compliance certification is implied.
- World Pillars Enterprise operates Pillars Connect AI in Ghana. DPC registration, processor/transfer notices and the final privacy contact and request-response policy remain subject to legal review before public customer use.
- Important actions (bookings, handoffs, account changes) are recorded in an audit log.
Terms — draft pending Ghana legal review
Pillars provides scheduling and administrative enquiries, not personalized legal, counselling or emergency advice. Business owners verify their offerings, fees and meeting process. Pending requests are not appointments; recorded confirmation is required. Provisional plans do not authorize collection of payments. Final service terms, processor/transfer disclosures and legal/privacy contact require owner and Ghana legal review before wider customer adoption.
