Install Pillars Connect AI
Keep Pillars on your home screen. You can also use the website normally without installing it.
An automatic install option is not available in this browser right now. Use the browser steps below where supported.
Android
Open the website in Chrome or another supported browser. Open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. Confirm the installation.
iPhone / iPad
Open the website in Safari. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name and tap Add.
Desktop
In a supported Chrome or Edge browser, select the install icon in the address bar or Install from the browser menu, then confirm.
Connection & updates
Appointments, chats and private pages always need an internet connection. Public information pages you have already opened (home, pricing, privacy, support, install, demo) can be viewed offline; any other page shows a simple Pillars offline notice, not saved customer information. No background appointments, syncing or push notifications are enabled.
Offline support is disabled in the editor preview. Use the published website for installation. Browser support varies; physical-device installation still needs your check. After an update, close and reopen the app while online. If it appears out of date, open the website with ?sw=off while online to clear its worker, then reopen the normal address.
